Refund Policy
Last updated 20 August 2026.
Pro is not on sale yet. Nothing in the application can charge you until it is, so there is no payment for this policy to act on today.
1. The window
When Pro goes on sale, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Any reason is accepted, and you do not have to give one.
2. How to ask
Write to hello@figplanner.com from the address on the account, and say that you want a refund. That is the whole procedure. There is no form.
3. What happens next
The money returns to the payment method you paid with. Paddle processes the return, and how long it then takes to appear depends on your bank rather than on Figplanner.
4. Your statutory rights
This policy is what Figplanner offers. It is not a limit on what the law gives you.
Where you live may give you a right to cancel a purchase that is separate from this page — many countries give a consumer a cooling-off period for something bought online. Nothing here takes that away. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, or an easier route to it, the law wins.
5. Paddle is the seller of record
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for every purchase, which makes Paddle the seller of record for the transaction. Paddle's own buyer terms therefore apply as well as this policy and the terms. Where Paddle's terms give you more than this page does, Paddle's terms win.
6. Chargebacks
Ask here before you go to your bank. A refund asked for at hello@figplanner.com is settled in days. A chargeback is decided between Paddle and your bank instead, it takes longer, and Figplanner can neither speed it up nor reverse it.
7. The trial
When Pro goes on sale, the trial lasts 14 days and costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund while it runs.
